Students who want to take another elective course instead of the failed elective course can do this through UBYS during course selection, if both courses belong to the same semesters of the same class.
However, if the failed course and the new course to be taken are in different semesters or different years, students must first select the new course they want to take from the system.
If the student completes this course successfully, he/she must submit a petition to the Faculty Secretariat and request course substitution.
