Our university's Law Workshop Club organized an educational seminar titled "The Future in the Profession" to inform law students about the difficulties they may encounter in their professional lives and different career paths. Attorney Duran Kardak, Administrative Court Appeals Member Eşref Polat and Tax Judge Havva Dağdeviren Polat were speakers at the seminar held in the Red Hall of the North Campus on April 10, 2025.
In the event, which aims to guide students who want to focus on judicial and legal fields such as judgeship, prosecutorship, notary and provide preliminary information about the processes they will encounter in the future, each speaker shared their own professional adventure and provided students with direct and realistic information about the advantages of the professions and the difficulties they may encounter. Participants received not only theoretical information from the speakers, but also comprehensive information about field practices, ethical responsibilities of the professions, career steps and daily operations. While an interactive environment was provided with the questions asked throughout the event, students had the opportunity to receive one-on-one answers to the topics they were curious about. The seminar, which made a significant contribution to the career development of our Faculty of Law students, offered them a vocational training opportunity that guided them in their career planning.
