Law Workshop Club Students hosted PhD. İhsan Baştürk, Member of the Criminal Division of the Supreme Court, on the “How to Write an Indictment?” training conducted online on Saturday, April 16, 2022 at 13.00.
Training was very much popular among our Students interested in Judiciary for their future career. PhD. Baştürk touched upon issues such as the detection of events and crimes, the identification of suspects, the evaluation of evidence in establishing a cause-effect relationship. Stressing the importance of the prosecution's correct determination of crime and criminals in ensuring criminal justice, Baştürk also touched upon the role of the prosecutor's office in the trial process in criminal tribunals.
The training was concluded after the examination of the sample indictments.
