Principle of Protection of Personal Data in Internet Broadcasting Conference was Held
Conference on the Principle of Protection of Private Life and Personal Data in Internet Broadcasting within the Scope of the Constitutional Court Decisions was held in our university's North Campus classrooms on Thursday, April 28 in cooperation with the Information and Technology Law Association and the Law Workshop Club.
At the conference, a member of Information and Technology Law department of our faculty, Res. Asst. Salih Karadeniz evaluated the decisions of the constitutional court in terms of internet broadcasting. Karadeniz touched upon the effects of social media in the context of the right to private life and protection of personal data. He emphasized the highlighted issues in the Turkish Constitutional Court's jurisprudence. At the conference, Karadeniz discussed how the legal arrangements on social media should be.
Asst. Prof. Şerafettin Ekici presented a plaque to Salih Karadeniz after the conference.
