Law Workshop Club, organised a movie night for “Suffragette” on Friday, March 4, 2022, at 16:00, at the Aşık Paşa Conference Hall in South Campus.
In the program organized on the occasion of International Women's Day, the "Suffragette” movie giving messages on the issues of women's fundamental rights and freedoms, gender equality and women's political participation, was screened.
After the movie, the exhibition consisting of illustrations from the "Pioneering Women of Turkey" illustration exhibition prepared by the European Union Delegation to Turkey, which deals with the fundamental rights and freedoms of women, was presented to the attention of the participants. The works in the exhibition became the focus of attention in terms of hosting important names who contributed to our cultural heritage in terms of women's rights.
